The main trends on the activity of The Initiative Committee for the Unity of the Workers, Left Socialist and Communist Parties and Movements from Romania Taking into account that the National Security Law is not permitting setting up a communist party , in our country and that the international approach made by the capitalist society between communism and fascism as systems which generate "totalitarian leadership" has as a main goal to put the communist parties out of Law , The Initiative Committee for the Unity of the Workers, Left Socialist and Communist Parties and Movements from Romania will act for making known and debating with all left parties and social left movements from our country and all over the world the thesis of " The Romanian participatory socialism at the beginning of XXI-st Century " for building together, in our country of "The Romanian Participatory Socialism Party".

Starting from the fact that the main goal of the Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will be to find solutions for increasing the leaving standard of the working peoples, on his activity he’ll start from the principle that “ the best social protection is to offer to the peoples working places ”. For this reason the Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will militate for a “ New Public Space” and a “ Participatory State “instead of the present “ Minimal State”. The Participatory State have to assure a balance based by efficiency between the public and private properties and to promote with consequence a “ Joint Economy”.

"The Romanian Participatory Socialism Party" will militate for promoting on the social life of the Romanian society “the Participatory Democracy “ instead of “ the Representative Democracy” and of a real “ Industrial Democracy” capable to offer not only “better wages rights” but also “ the participatory rights” resulted by” reforming and socialization of the economic and social activities” which will permit to the working people theirs participation on taken the decisions at the leadership level at their working places and a more just repartition of the profit obtained from theirs work.

Taking into account that the number of industrial and agricultural proletariat will decrease on the next future the Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will pay a great attention to the appearance and the diversification of “ the new social categories” which inclde also a new type of “humanist – technocrat proletariat” capable to set up new social relations on economic, technical- scientific and humanistic fields and to become organized for defending their rights. This is the reason for what the Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will invest with priority on the “ human capital “ supporting the education, science, art, culture and the research. Only by this support the education and the science can become day by day a main production force without which our country will remain for long time an import market for products from developed countries and an exporter of cheap working force.

Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will pay a great attention in supporting the educational increase level of the new” Youth Generation “which have to become on the next period the true driving force of the important changes from the XXI Century which will permit the society evolution from the former society of “ the representative socialism post-feudal of State “ to the future society of “ participatory socialism post-capitalist of working people”.

Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will redefine the main notions of the base of socialist theory as follows:

  • ”the Class Struggle” with “ the Struggle of the Working People for Social Justice”;
  • "the Proletarian Dictatorship” with “ the Participatory Democracy of the Working People” and
  • “ the Democratic Centralism” with “the Participatory Centralism”.

Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will redefine the main notions of the socialist theory base as follows:

  • ”the Class Struggle” with “ the Struggle of the Working People for Social Justice”;
  • "the Proletarian Dictatorship” with “ the Participatory Democracy of the Working People” and
  • “ the Democratic Centralism” with “the Participatory Centralism”.

Romanian Participatory Socialism Party will act for:

  • putting in value the positive experience of dialogue and cooperation with all workers, left socialist, communist, democrat and progressive parties and social movements from all countries of the world, respecting the principles of equality , non-interference on the internal affaires, the mutual advantageous cooperation and consensus in taking the decisions;
  • building an Europe without double standards of sovereign and egual countries in promoting the national traditions and culture ,in capitalizing the human and material resources;
  • promoting with consequence the traditional “ reactive foreign policy” based by defence of the national interest , of the national territorial integrity and the struggle against the neo-colonialist wars and the embargoes instead of the present “ proactive foreign policy” which is accepting the existence of the foreign military bases on the Romanian territory and the presence of Romanian troops on the territory of other countries;
  • promoting the peace as a fundamental condition for development and progress and the multi polarity as an objective necessity for observance of the international legislation in a world without wars and embargoes;
  • a new type of Internationalism necessary for building a new" Left Socialist International " base by the acceptance of “the national models” generated by the concrete specific conditions from each country. This new Internationalism has to be enriched with the experience accumulated by each party at the national level and the taken decisons to have the consensus of all members parties. Only acting on this direction will be possible to be avoided the faults from the past and to be given continuity to all positive elements from the theory and practice of the workers, left socialist and communist parties and movements from all over the WORLD countries.
